Yarn:
150 yards of worsted weight, plant fibre yarn with a gauge of 4.5 sts/inch; preferably one with some linen content.

Notes:
This pattern is written to be worked in the round on a short circular needle therefore, every row of the chart should be read from right to left.

The stitch count varies from 17 sts per repeat (for most of the pattern), to 21 sts per repeat for rows 4 to 10.
